World-class events need world-class volunteers – and we feel that Spruce Meadows’ volunteers are the very best. Our volunteer Pegasus Club is made up of the more than 300 people who help out during tournaments and other events at Spruce Meadows. Some of our volunteers have been at Spruce Meadows since the very beginning and strong bonds of friendship have developed between many of our volunteers. Whether you are a lover of the horse or the sport - volunteering opportunities are flexible according to the amount of time you are willing to commit.  

Position: Hourly, Full Time

Wage: $22.00–$35.00 per hour – based on experience and skill set

This position requires an aptitude for skills in audio and technology to assist in staging events of all sizes. Including but not limited to setup, tear-down, and operation (mixing) of live audio and supporting other functions in the Technology & IT department.

The Spruce Meadows Horse Program wants to add to our friendly, hardworking groom roster.

This is a full-time, salary position with health benefits and on-site staff housing is available.

Work is in a fast-paced work environment. Successful applicants must be willing to work in various settings and must work well in both team and individual scenarios. The Spruce Meadows venue operates in all weather conditions, from early mornings into late nights and weekends.
