BOOTH PRICING AND DETAILS
Spruce Meadows supports local entrepreneurs – our diverse events offer our exhibitors a platform to reach a diverse audience. We select vendors based on a juried application process.
All successful submitted applications will receive an auto-response with an application number. If you do not receive an application #, please reach out to exhibit.programs@sprucemeadows.com for assistance.
Village Shops (25' x 10') - $1400 for all 4 nights, Includes one 15amp plug, WiFi, two chairs, one 8' table.
Night Market (10' x 10') - $1000 for all 4 nights, Includes WiFi, two chairs, one 8' table, 10' x 10' tent.
Food Truck/Concession Unit - Commission Based by event day, see below.
Food Truck Vendor Information and Pricing:
- All units need to be designed to accommodate high capacity orders with a fast service time.
- The concession unit is self-contained with all equipment located within the concession space and not visible to the public.
- All vendors must be self-operational and ensure they are compliant with Alberta Health Services regulations. AHS representative(s) will be on site for all events.
- Power is NOT included, must have a generator.
- If you're serving beverages, all products must be sourced from the exclusive supplier, Pepsi, and sold at the same price point as our Concession stands (price list to be provided).
- The Vendor must understand that the operation will be outdoors. The vendor is responsible for providing the necessary sink and AHS required items to operate under all weather conditions.
- Each operator shall provide a complete sales report to the event host by the conclusion of the event. Payment is 20% commission on total Gross Sales.
