Fraudulent individuals may claim to represent Spruce Meadows and offer vendor spaces, request payment or deposits, or provide false payment instructions.


When applying to participate as a vendor at Spruce Meadows, please remember:

  • Spruce Meadows does not use third-party forms for vendor applications.
  • Vendor applications are available through sprucemeadows.com.
  • Official communication will come from an @sprucemeadows.com email address.
  • Spruce Meadows does not require refundable insurance or security deposits.
  • Our primary form of payment is through the credit card information provided in your official vendor application.
  • Spruce Meadows does not send payment instructions through social media.


If you receive a message or payment request that you are unsure about, do not send payment until you have verified it directly with Spruce Meadows.

Join Spruce Meadows’ International Christmas Market, presented by TELUS, and be part of the festive tradition that welcomes more than 100,000 visitors over four magical weekends. Showcase your unique products to a warm and enthusiastic audience during this cherished holiday event, now celebrating over 25 years. 


NEW THIS YEAR: due to popular demand, we’ve added a fourth weekend. All venues are priced for four weekends, with the exception of Candy Cane Lane, which offers one- to four-weekend options; commitment to all four weekends is required for acceptance in other venue locations. Applications are open February 17 to March 30, 2026, with late submissions placed on a waitlist.
