Enchanted Festival, powered by ATCO Energy, returns to Spruce Meadows December 12–23, transforming the grounds into a glowing Christmas wonderland. As Calgary’s only indoor and outdoor Christmas light experience, Enchanted brings together millions of dazzling lights, illuminated indoor spaces and a full lineup of Christmas activities and entertainment for all ages.

Enchanted builds on Spruce Meadows’ nearly 30-year Christmas lights tradition, reimagined as a walk-through experience in 2025. This year, the Festival returns with even more to explore, from a new 75-foot illuminated light tunnel and dazzling light displays both indoors and outdoors to nightly reindeer, daily Santa visits and roller skating included with admission. Holiday shopping featuring 50 vendors, Christmas movies, roaming characters and family activities round out the festivities.

Longstanding Spruce Meadows partner, ATCO Energy joins Enchanted as presenting sponsor this year, helping power the Festival and adding new ways for guests to recharge throughout the evening. Inside the Equi-Plex, the ATCO Energy Re-Energize Zone will offer comfortable seating, device charging and a Christmas photo opportunity.

Guests can look forward to a variety of Christmas attractions and activities throughout the Festival, including:

• Outdoor Enchanted Light Walk: Wander through millions of dazzling lights, illuminated pathways and a brand-new 75-foot light tunnel.
• Real Reindeer & Mini-Animal Petting Zoo: Visit real reindeer every night of the Festival, with reindeer photos available for purchase, and stop by to meet the mini-animals.
• Enchanted Wonderland: Step inside the Equi-Plex to discover dazzling indoor light displays, Christmas atmosphere and holiday vendors offering plenty of opportunities for last-minute shopping.
• ATCO Energy Re-Energize Zone: Find a cozy place to warm up and recharge inside the Equi-Plex.
• Daily Santa Visits: Visit Santa, powered by ATCO Energy, in the Upper Plaza throughout the Festival.
• Biggies Roller Rink: Following its popular appearance at Barbie x Spruce Meadows, Biggies returns to the Riding Hall, with roller skating included in Festival admission.
• WINS Toy Drive: Help spread Christmas joy by donating a new, unwrapped gift in support of local youth in need.
• Wishing Tree Forest: Explore the Wishing Tree Forest in Horizons Pavilion.
• Christmas Movies: Enjoy holiday favourites in Founders Plaza.

Visitors can also bring their dogs to join in the festivities with an Enchanted Paw Pass, providing access to designated dog-friendly areas. Proceeds from every Paw Pass support Parachutes for Pets.
