The Roku Screen Reader accessibility feature may be enabled. This feature reads on-screen text and menu options aloud for users who are blind or have low vision.
 

To turn it off, press the * (Options) button on your Roku remote four times quickly. You can also go to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader, where you can turn it off, adjust the speech rate and volume, or disable the remote shortcut.
